Jawa Timur Farmers Exchange Rate July 2018

Jawa Timur Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in July 2018 fell 0.12 percent from 105.50 to 105.37. The decline in NTP is due to the price index received by farmers (It) has increased significantly compared with the increase in the price index paid by farmers (Ib). In July 2018, four agricultural sub-sectors experienced a decrease in NTP while the rest increased.

 Sub-sectors that experienced the largest decrease in NTP occurred in the sub-sector of Smallholders Plantation of 1.56 percent from 104.85 to 103.21, followed by Food Crops sub-sector by 0.77 percent from 104.97 to 104.16, Fisheries sub-sector by 0.54 percent from 112.66 to 112.06, and the Horticulture sub-sector by 0.04 percent from 100.56 to 100.52. While the increase in NTP occurs in the Livestock sub-sector by 1.29 percent from 109.50 to 110.91
