Abstraction
• East Java Farmers Exchange (FER) in June 2020 rose 0.99 percent from 99.01 to 99.99. The increase in FTT is due to the price index received by farmers (IT) experienced an increase higher than the price index paid by farmers (Ib).
• In June 2020, four agricultural subsectors experienced an increase in FTT and one subsector experienced a decline. The subsector that experienced the largest increase in FTT occurred in the People's Plantation Plant subsector by 2.28 percent from 97.71 to 99.94, followed by the Livestock subsector by 2.23 percent from 97.36 to 99.53, the Fisheries subsector by 1.23 percent from 95.56 to 96.73, and the Food Crop sub-sector by 1.06 percent from 100.28 to 101.35. While the subsector that experienced a decline in the FTT was the Horticulture subsector by 3.11 percent from 97.96 to 94.91.
• Out of the five Provinces in Java that did NTP calculations in June 2020, Four provinces experienced a decrease in FTT, and One Province experienced an increase. The largest decline in FTT occurred in Banten Province by 1.74 percent, followed by Yogyakarta Special Province by 0.52 percent, West Java Province by 0.44 percent, and Central Java Province by 0.01 percent. While the province that experienced an increase in FER was East Java by 0.99 percent.
