  • The export value of East Java Province in January 2022 reached USD 1.82 billion or decreased by 11.17 percent compared to December 2021. This value compared to January 2021 increased by 18.66 percent.
  • The import value of East Java Province in January 2022 reached USD 2.26 billion or decreased by 17.99 percent compared to December 2021. This value compared to January 2021 increased by 29.02 percent.
  • East Java's trade balance during January 2022 experienced a deficit of USD441.64 million. This deficit was due to the difference in trade value in the oil and gas sector of USD 477.00 million. Meanwhile, the non-oil and gas sector experienced a trade surplus of USD 35.35 million.
