Abstract

Social economic recovery in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic has an impact on human development in Gresik. This can be seen from the increase growth in the Human Development Index (HDI) in 2022 compared to other years the previous year. Gresik's HDI in 2022 is 77.16 or grows 0.85 percent points (an increase of 0.65 points) compared to the previous year's achievement. The increase in HDI growth in 2022 is influenced by increasing all of its constituent indicators, both the health index, the education index, as well as the adjusted annual per capita expenditure index.
