Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Gresik Regency 2023

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by BPS-Statistics to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. In general, the aim of implementing The Data Needs Survey 2023 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of The Data Needs Survey 2023 are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis regarding consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables and graphs. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data.
