Gresik Regency's Economic Growth in 2024 Reaches 4.79 Percent

Visits of foreign tourists (tourists) who came to Jawa Timur through the Juanda entrance in July 2020 decreased by 21.65 percent compared to the number of foreign tourists visiting in June 2020, from 97 visits to 76 visits.
The number of foreign tourists visiting in July 2020 decreased by 99.69 percent compared to the number of foreign tourists in the same period in 2019 which reached 24,913 visits.
During the January - July 2020 period, the most foreign tourists were Malaysian nationals who reached 10,548 visits (with a contribution of 30.37 percent), followed by Singaporean nationals with 3,939 visits (with a contribution of 11.34 percent), and Chinese nationals with 2,288 visits (with a contribution by 6.59 percent).
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Jawa Timur in July 2020 reached 28.57 percent, an increase of 5.70 points compared to the previous month. The ROR for 2 (two) star hotels by 34.72 percent is the highest ROR compared to other star hotels.
The average length of stay of foreign guests (RLMT) at star hotels in July 2020 reached 3.26 or decreased 0.26 points compared to June 2020 which reached 3.52 days. The overall RLMT in July 2020 was 1.74 days or decreased by 0.26 points when compared to June 2020 which reached 2.00 days.
