Abstract

In January 2023, there were 10,815 visits by foreign tourists to East Java through the Juanda entrance. This condition has decreased compared to conditions in December 2022.
The number of foreign tourist visits in January 2023 increased by 10,815 visits because in January 2022 no foreign tourists entered East Java through the Juanda entrance.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star-class hotels in East Java in January 2023 reached an average of 46.07 percent or decreased by 15.79 points compared to the previous month. The ROR for 2 (two) star hotels of 53.76 percent is the highest TPK compared to other star-rated hotels. The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of non-star classified hotels in East Java in January 2023 reached an average of 21.43 percent or decreased by 6.06 points compared to the previous month.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at star-class hotels during January 2023 was recorded at 2.51 days or an increase of 0.33 points compared to December 2022 which reached 2.18 days. For the overall RLMT in January 2023 it was 1.51 days or there was a decrease
