Abstract

In July 2023, there were 20,303 foreign tourist visits to East Java through the Juanda entrance. This condition has improved compared to conditions in June 2023.
The number of foreign tourist visits in July 2023 increased by 233.55 percent compared to the number of foreign tourists in July 2022 which totaled 6,087 visits.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star-class hotels in East Java in July 2023 reached an average of 58.25 percent, an increase of 1.07 points compared to the previous month. The ROR for 4 (four) star hotels of 61.73 percent is the highest TPK compared to other star-rated hotels.
The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of non-star classified hotels in East Java in July 2023 reached an average of 25.37 percent, an increase of 1.39 points compared to the previous month.
The average length of stay of foreign guests at star-class hotels during July 2023 was recorded at 1.87 days or decreased by 0.72 points compared to June 2023. For the overall RLMT in July 2023 it was 1.59 days or a decrease of 0.12 points when compared to the situation in June 2023.
