Construction Cost Index of Kabupaten Gresik 2022

Construction Cost Index (IKK) describes the the costliness of construction in each regency/municipalities compared to a reference region. Since 2021, the reference city is Makassar City. The previous reference cities were Semarang City in 2018-2020 and Surabaya City in 2015-2017. Data is obtained through a quarterly Survey on the Construction Cost Price in all regencies/municipalities in Indonesia which includes the price of building/construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction service fees. The index is calculated from survey resulted in third quarter and fourth quarter of 2020 also first quarter and second quarter of 2021. Weight of Construction Cost Index uses data from the Bill of Quantity (BoQ), price per unit of analysis book Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and realization of the State Budget. IKK 2021 is the main component used for the General Allocation Fund in 2022.
