Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Gresik Regency 2025

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as a public service provider providing statistical data and information, consistently strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS routinely conducts the SKM annually, integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims not only to determine consumer satisfaction with BPS data services but also to identify data needs and consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS.The report on the results of the 2025 SKD implementation is presented in a publication entitled Analysis of the Results of the 2025 BPS Data Needs Survey for Gresik Regency."This publication provides an overview of consumer data needs and consumer perceptions of the performance of BPS's PST services in Gresik Regency, as well as consumer perceptions of BPS data quality. The main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
