Abstract

In June 2023, there were 18,025 visits by foreign tourists to East Java through the Juanda entrance. This condition has increased compared to conditions in May 2023.

The number of foreign tourist visits in June 2023 increased by 281.72 percent compared to the number of foreign tourists in June 2022 which totaled 4,722 visits.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star-class hotels in East Java in June 2023 reached an average of 57.18 percent, an increase of 2.32 points compared to the previous month. The ROR for 4 (four) star hotels of 61.07 percent is the highest TPK compared to other star-rated hotels.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of non-star classified hotels in East Java in June 2023 reached an average of 23.98 percent or decreased by 1.41 points compared to the previous month.

The average length of stay of foreign guests (RLMT) at star-class hotels during June 2023 was recorded at 2.59 days or an increase of 0.76 points compared to May 2023. For the whole RLMT in June 2023 it was 1.71 days or an increase of 0.09 points when compared to the situation in May 2023.
