Abstract

In April 2022, foreign tourists visiting East Java through the Juanda entrance totaled 1,468 visits. This condition has increased compared to conditions in March 2022.

The number of foreign tourist visits in April 2022 increased by 1,284.91 percent compared to the number of foreign tourists in the same period in 2021 which reached 106 visits.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star-classified hotels in East Java in April 2022 reached an average of 38.70 percent or decreased by 12.98 points compared to the previous month. The ROR for 2 (two) star hotels is 43.03 percent, which is the highest ROR for other star hotels.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for non-star classified hotels in East Java in April 2022 reached an average of 17.92 percent or decreased by 5.11 points compared to the previous month.
